Information Regarding Event Reservation Requests (Updated 1/29/21)
Any faculty member looking to reserve alternative
teaching locations in a large event space may do so using the “COVID
Classroom-Tent-Outdoor Space Request.” All spaces listed on the template are
set up “as-is” with no additional setups available. Spaces are also expected to
be put back the way they were found prior to the start of the reserved time.
Parameters are the same as the fall semester. Reservations will be able to be
made up to 14 days in advance, with a total of 3 maximum bookings per day
and/or 14 total bookings within a 14 day window. A video tutorial can be found

Indoor room capacities are still set at a maximum of 25
per space. This is a universal capacity campus wide in accordance with current
State of Connecticut restrictions and gathering limits.
The reservation portal opens on Monday, February 1st
at 10am for reservations for the first day of in-person learning being

access the EMS portal: MacOS users – Safari, Opera, and Firefox; Windows
users – Firefox, Opera, Internet Explorer. We do not recommend using
