*ANNOUNCEMENTS*

ITS and Conference and Event Management will be upgrading EMS Wednesday, December 7th.


All EMS functionalities including the website client and desktop application will be unavailable from 4:00 PM Tuesday, December 6th to 3:00 PM Wednesday, December 7th.

 

The EMS desktop application should automatically be upgraded at this time. If your computer is on campus, please leave it powered on Tuesday evening. If your computer is off campus, please connect it to the VPN and leave it powered on Tuesday evening.

 

If you have any issues accessing the website or desktop client after the upgrade, please contact the ITS Help Desk or submit a ticket with screenshots to the ITS ticketing system

 

If you have any issues with functionality of the website or desktop client after the upgrade, please submit a ticket to Conference and Event Management in the CEM ticketing system

Classroom requests for the Winter Intersession and Spring '23 semester are unable to be reserved at this time while the course schedules are being created.
If you request a classroom for that period of time it will be denied.
Requests will open up in the near future.

Information Regarding Event Reservation Requests

Welcome to the online web reservation portal for the University Event Management System (EMS). The Office of Conference & Event Management oversees all daily room reservations and maintains this portal for the campus community.

You may use this system to request and reserve campus spaces and resources.

If you are having any issues with EMS non academic related please click here to submit a ticket.

For any request related to an accredited academic class, please reach out to the registrar’s office as they will handle any needs regarding spaces with accredited classes.

Scheduling Services for Campus Events 
 
As we transition back to hosting events on campus, we wish to remind campus partners of the need to adhere to the established guidelines for campus events involving catering, media, and related service needs. 
As staffing and supply chain challenges continue to impact the ability to successfully support events, the two week advance reservation request for media and catering related services will remain in effect for the year. When preparing for events, please plan in advance by placing all catering, media, and service related needs a minimum of 14 days in advance of your event.
